Pastor Mike came to Bloom Baptist Church in March 2005. He is married to Kathy and has two children, Marybeth and Ben. In addition to his ministry at Bloom, he also is active in the Metro Columbus Baptist Association and the State Convention of Baptists in Ohio.

Pastor Bobby has been Associate Pastor since 2015. He is married to Marybeth and has one daughter, Trinity. Bobby is a veteran of the United States Army. As Associate Pastor, Bobby is responsible for the spiritual shepherding and development of Bloom Baptist's youth. Additionally, Pastor Bobby oversees the direction and overall management of our small group and LifeQuest Group ministries.

Erin Saunders joined Bloom in 2011 and has been the Children’s Director since 2021. She has a beautiful daughter, Allison. Erin is also a kindergarten aide for Groveport Madison Schools. It’s a job that comes with many stories. At Bloom, Erin is primarily responsible for the Children’s area every Sunday and supports other children’s ministry events such as Kids Camp, Vacation Bible School and Children’s Choir. She loves hearing the stories the children share and watching them grow into the men and women God created them to be.

Rebecca joined Bloom in 2016 and came on board as the Administrative Assistant in 2026. She is married to Curtis, and they have two children, Dayton and Charlotte, and a rambunctious collie named Teddy. She is a homeschooler, an author, and a voracious reader. Rebecca is responsible for managing the church office, maintaining records, and generally keeping things running smoothly.

Tyler is a lifelong Bloom Baptist member. Born and raised in this church, he is raising his two children, Mia and Ruthie, here at Bloom with his wife Holly.

Tyler is passionate about how worship can reinforce our theology, and how we can use music to teach us truth about the great God that we serve. 

Watch out though! If you bring up soccer around him, he'll probably talk your ear off about that too!
