WHAT ARE SERVICES LIKE?

Friendly, joyful, hopeful. We worship with contemporary worship music, as well as classic hymns. A typical Sunday morning worship service consists of worship through song, an expository message from the Word of God, and an altar call where all are encouraged to bring prayer concerns to our pastoral staff. Services conclude by joining hands together for prayer.

WHAT TIME DOES CHURCH START? HOW LONG DOES THE SERVICE LAST?

The LifeQuest hour begins at 9:30am. We have a variety of classes for adults, children, and teenagers. Worship begins at 10:45 am. Most worship services at Bloom Baptist last around an hour to one hour and fifteen minutes. Services usually conclude around 11:45am-12:00pm.

HOW SHOULD I DRESS?

We’re not worried about what you wear. Whether you feel best in jeans and a t-shirt, business casual, or a full suit, our priority is that you're comfortable and feel right at home.

WHERE DO I PARK?

There are three parking areas located at our church, located at the front/upper level, the side/middle level, and the back/lower level of the building. We recommend parking in the front parking lot. There are dedicated guest parking spots near the front of the building. Handicap parking is available at the front and and on the lower level.

WHERE DO I GO WHEN I ARRIVE?

Come in through the main entrance by the front parking lot. Inside, our welcome team will help you find your way through the building whether for service, getting children checked in, or finding the appropriate LifeQuest Group.

IS THERE A PLACE FOR KIDS?

Yes, we have a robust children’s ministry. During the service we have children’s worship classes for preK through fourth grade. We also offer two nurseries for babies and toddlers. We ask you to arrive a few minutes early so we can register your family in our check-in system. Children are also welcome to sit with you in the service.

WHAT AGES OF PEOPLE COME TO BLOOM BAPTIST?

All ages! From families with young kiddos to our vibrant youth group to adults and seniors, all ages have a place at Bloom. You will also see folks of all ages volunteering around our church. If you have a heart for the Lord, we have a place for you at Bloom.

WILL I BE EXPECTED TO GIVE MONEY?

Giving is encouraged for members of Bloom Baptist, but visitors are under no obligation to give. If you wish to give, there is a drop box located at the exit of the worship center by the door, or you can give online.

WILL I BE AKED TO SAY ANYTHING PUBLICLY?

Nope— we don’t require anyone to share publicly. Your level of engagement is entirely up to you. We do not ask visitors to raise their hand or single themselves out. We encourage you to fill out a connection card either from the back of the chairs in the worship center, or online.

WHAT BIBLE TRANSLATION IS USED? ARE CERTAIN TRANSLATIONS RESTRICTED?

All translations are welcome at Bloom. For readability, our Senior Pastor often reads from the NLT on Sunday mornings. Most of the Pastor's readings are featured on the media screens in the worship center so that the text of the translation he is reading from is visible for all.
